Can’t find your answer?
Open a ticket: a member of the team replies on your ticket page, every day, at any hour.
How fast is delivery?
Every account is delivered within 30 minutes to 3 hours after your payment confirms, at any hour, every day. Handmade products such as Claude are prepared by hand within that window.
What if the account gets banned?
Every account is delivered 100% working, with the plan active. If it does not work when you receive it, open a ticket from your order page and we replace it or refund you. But if the provider bans or suspends the account while you use it, there is no refund and no replacement. Please don’t buy if this is a problem for you.
Which coin should I use?
Any of the 7 works. USDT on TRON (TRC-20), TRON, Solana and Litecoin usually confirm fastest with the lowest network fees; USDT also keeps the amount stable. Bitcoin and Ethereum cost more to send and can take longer.
Can I change the password?
Yes, and we recommend doing it right after delivery. The order page explains, per plan, what you can change and what to keep as delivered.
What happens after the month?
Nothing renews on its own. Before the month ends, your order page offers a renewal at the current price; where the provider allows it, the same account continues without interruption.
Do I need to create an account to buy?
No. An order key is generated at checkout; it is all you need to come back to your delivery, open a ticket or renew. An optional account exists for people who order often.
