When and how refunds are paid
Undelivered, or not working at delivery and not replaceable: you get your money back. Here is how it’s sent.
When you get a refund

| We can’t deliver your order | Full refund |
| The account doesn’t work at delivery | Replaced, or refunded in full if we can’t replace it |
| You paid more than the order total | The difference is refunded |
| The provider bans or suspends the account during use | No refund |
How it’s paid
We send back the amount of cryptocurrency we received, in the same coin, to an address you give us in the ticket. The network fee for sending it is on us. The ticket shows the transaction once it’s sent.
How to ask
Open a ticket with your order key, and the address that should receive the refund. The full rules are in our refund policy.
