Delivery times
Every account arrives within 30 min – 3 h after your payment confirms, at any hour, every day. Here is why, and what to do if it’s late.
The delivery window
Every order is delivered within 30 min – 3 h after the payment is confirmed on the network. That holds day and night, on weekends and holidays.
Why it isn’t instant
We don’t hand out accounts from a stock. For every order, we create a new account, activate the plan you paid for, check that the login works and that the plan is active, and only then deliver it. That takes a little time, and it is why every account is yours alone.
Handmade products
Some products are prepared entirely by hand; currently: Claude. They take about 2 hours and stay within the same window. Claude accounts also come with the KYC already done, so there is nothing for you to verify.
When the clock starts
The window starts when your payment is confirmed, not when you send it. Confirmation takes from under a minute (Solana, TRON) to about half an hour (Bitcoin): see coins and networks.
Where it arrives
On your order page, under Delivery. Nothing is sent by email: open the page with your order key.
If your order is late
If nothing has arrived 3 hours after your payment confirmed, open a ticket with your order key. If we can’t deliver, you get a full refund in the coin you paid with.
