1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers visitors and customers of ai-subscription.io (“AI Subscription”, “we”, “us”). It explains what we collect, why, and for how long.

2. What we never collect

  • Your name, postal address, email address or phone number.
  • Card, bank or PayPal details: we accept cryptocurrency only.
  • Identity documents, selfies or any identity check.

3. What an order keeps

For each order: the plans and quantities, the amount, the coin and network, the payment address and transaction ID, the times of payment and delivery, your order key and the credentials we deliver. We use them to deliver your order, show it on your order page, handle support and renewals, and keep our accounts.

Payments made in cryptocurrency are recorded on public blockchains by nature; that record is outside our control.

4. What a ticket keeps

The topic, the subject and the messages you write, the order key if you add one, and the contact if you choose to give one. To limit abuse, we also store a keyed hash of your network address that changes every day; the address itself is never stored. Tickets are deleted 180 days after their last message.

5. Cookies and your browser

We set no cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and we load no third-party scripts. Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers; clearing your browser data empties it.

The network that protects and delivers the site may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots.

6. Server logs

Like any website, our servers record technical logs (network address, date, page requested, browser type) to keep the site secure and working. They are kept for a short period and then deleted.

7. Who we share data with

We don’t sell or rent data. Accounts are created by us: none of your personal data is given to the AI providers. Our hosting and security provider processes the traffic to the site in order to deliver it. We disclose data only when the law requires us to.

8. How long we keep it

  • Orders: for the month of access, then as long as support, the guarantee and our accounting require.
  • Tickets: 180 days after their last message.
  • Server logs: a short period, for security.

9. Your choices

You can ask to see or delete the data linked to your order or ticket: open a ticket with your order key or ticket code. We delete everything we are not required to keep.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with a strict content security policy and no third-party scripts, and we keep as little data as possible. Your order key protects your order page: keep it private.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
