Paying in crypto

Paying with crypto, from any wallet

A unique address, an exact amount and 30 minutes to send it. Here is how the payment step works.

Our checkout accepts 7 cryptocurrencies. You can pay from a personal wallet (an app on your phone or computer, a hardware wallet) or straight from an exchange account.

The payment step

  1. Pick a coin at checkout. For USDT, also pick the network: TRC-20 (TRON) or ERC-20 (Ethereum).
  2. Copy the address and the amount, or scan the QR code: it fills in both.
  3. Send the exact amount within 30 minutes. Your wallet adds its network fee on top.
  4. Keep the page open if you like: it updates by itself as the network confirms. You can also close it and come back with your order key.

Paying from an exchange

Some exchanges take their withdrawal fee out of the amount you send. Make sure the amount that arrives matches the checkout: add the exchange’s fee to what you withdraw if needed.

Confirmations

A payment counts once the network has confirmed it. Depending on the coin, that takes from under a minute to about half an hour: see which coin and network to use. The delivery window of 30 min – 3 h starts when the payment is confirmed.

Check the network before you send. A coin sent on the wrong network (for example USDT on BNB Chain to a TRC-20 address) may be impossible to recover. If it happens, open a ticket straight away with the transaction ID.
