Paying in crypto

Wrong amount, late payment or wrong network

Sent too little, too much, too late or on the wrong network? Don’t pay again. Here is what to do.

First rule: don’t send a second payment to fix the first one. Open a ticket instead, with:

  • your order key, if you have it;
  • the coin and the network you used;
  • the amount sent and the transaction ID (hash) shown in your wallet.

You sent too little

An order is only prepared once the full amount has arrived. In the ticket, we tell you exactly what is missing and where to send it, or we refund what you sent if you prefer.

You sent too much

We refund the difference in the coin you paid with.

You paid after the countdown

The checkout keeps its address and amount for 30 minutes. A payment that lands after that is not lost: we match it to your order by hand, then deliver as usual.

You used the wrong network

Write to us straight away. Whether funds sent on the wrong network can be recovered depends on the networks involved; we tell you honestly what is possible.
