Your AI Subscription account

You create your account at checkout, the first time you buy. It asks for an email address and a password, and nothing else: no name, no phone number, no card, no ID.

What your account keeps

• Your orders: the payment status of each one, then the logins we deliver, each with a copy button.
• Renewals: before a month ends, the order offers another month.
• Order numbers: each order has one, such as AS-7F3K2Q. Add it to a ticket and we find the order at once.

Keep it safe

Anyone who signs in to your account can read the logins we deliver. Use a password you don’t use anywhere else, keep it in a password manager, and sign out on shared devices. Our team never asks for your password.

Forgot your password?

The site sends no emails, so a person helps you. Open a ticket with the email address of your account and, if you have one, an order number or the transaction ID of a payment. Once we have checked that the account is yours, we post a one-time link in your ticket to choose a new password. It works for 24 hours.

Closing your account

Ask in a ticket and we close it. What we must keep about past orders is described in our privacy policy.
