Your order key, and why it matters

When you check out, we generate an order key such as AS-7F3K2Q. There is no account or password to create: the key is what links you to your order.

What the key opens

• Your order page: the payment status, then your credentials once delivered.
• Support: add it to a ticket and we find your order immediately.
• Renewal: before the month ends, your order page offers another month.

Keep it safe, keep it private

Anyone with your key can open your order page and read your credentials. Save it in a password manager or a note only you can read, and never post it publicly. Our team only ever asks for it inside a ticket.

If you lose it

Open a ticket with the coin, the amount, the approximate time of the payment and the transaction ID shown in your wallet. We find the order and give you the key back in the ticket.
