# Ordering for a team

## A few seats: use the cart

Add each plan to your [cart](https://ai-subscription.io/cart) and set the number of seats: up to 10 per plan. You pay once, and every seat is delivered as its own new account, in the same order.

## More than 10 seats of a plan

Place another order for the rest: each order takes up to 10 seats per plan, and every order is delivered in your account.

## Labelled seats

Once your order is paid, open a ticket about it from your account and tell us who each seat is for (a first name, a role, a team): we label every account, so you can hand them out without mixing them up.

## Invoices

We make out an invoice in USD to the company name and details you give us: ask for it in a ticket about the order, once it is paid.

## Renewals

Each seat renews on its own, from the order in your account, before its month ends. Seats you don’t renew simply stop.
